Celebrity Players Tour IDENTITY, MEDIA KIT

Let’s put a mature, professional face on a highly regarded celebrity golf tour known for its “seriously fun golf.”

The Celebrity Players Tour had a large roster of pro athletes and celebrities, all accomplished golfers – Johnny Bench, Bryant Gumbel, Jerry Rice, Mario Lemieux, John Elway, Tom Dreesen, and many more. What the tour lacked was a professional, mature identity and positioning.

The new identity sought to portray a combination of simple, heroic, and timeless. The media kit articulated the group’s one-of-a-kind sports heritage, collective talents, and charity work, as well as the simple fun of playing together. It presented the group as both professional and accessible – for broadcast partners, corporate sponsors, and organizations seeking to participate.
